Customs duties, taxes, or additional fees incurred after shipment are the sole responsibility of the customer.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days following payment confirmation. For international shipments, customs documentation may require up to 4–9 business days prior to dispatch.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

ORDER TRACKING
All shipments include a tracking number, which will be sent to your email address as soon as your order has been dispatched.
